Women in Menopause often feel depleted, have gained weight, lack energy, experience loss of muscle mass, loss of sleep, and struggle with mood changes. One of the most powerful things we can do is develop a femme warrior practice to build muscle, strength and endurance, develop mindfulness, and improve functional embodied movement. While this may sound intimidating to women who may have never exercised before, done in a group class setting and led by women who specialize in menopause coaching, you are sure to accomplish all of the goals you step into your first class with. We are here to help you develop a warrior mind and body to support you in optimal health and vitality through menopause and beyond so you can live a full life well.
