About the event



Welcome to our Sunday Strength and Conditioning classes created specifically for women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. All levels are welcome.


This is more than a traditional strength class. Each session is designed to provide expert guidance in a supportive environment alongside other women who understand the changes that come with this stage of life. Building muscle is one of the most effective ways to reduce many of the health risks that begin to emerge during the menopausal transition, and our program is structured to support that goal safely and effectively.


Each week we incorporate strength and conditioning, functional movement, elements of yoga, breath work, and mindfulness practices. Along the way, we also share practical insights about women’s health and menopause so you leave not only stronger, but more informed and empowered in your body.
