During your visit, we review your symptoms, medical history, personal and genetic risk factors, key lab markers, and health goals to develop a personalized, evidence-based care plan tailored to your needs.
Unlike traditional healthcare visits that often spend valuable time gathering basic history, your health questionnaire and laboratory testing are completed before your appointment. This allows your consultation to remain focused, personalized, and centered on meaningful care—so you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your health journey
Prepare for your visit
1. Choose your date
Select a consultation date at least 2 weeks away to give you time to complete your fasting labs beforehand.
2. Create a medical record portal
You will receive a consent and questionnaire emailed and texted to you and a lab requisition will be sent to your portal/
3. Schedule your blood draw
Print your form from the portal and schedule or walk in to any Quest Diagnostics location near you.
4. Attend your virtual visit
At your consultation, we'll review your labs, health history, and goals — then build a personalized health portfolio mapping YOUR own path to optimal health.

1. Comprehensive baseline laboratory evaluation (completed prior to your visit and included in your consultation fee)
2. 90-minute virtual consultation
3. During your visit we connect your symptom, lab markers, medical history, and health goals together to create a program personalized for your needs
5. Personalized education and a clear, step-by-step care plan with recommended next steps
Please note - This is not a treatment based appointment. Following your consultation, you will have the option to transition into the treatment phase and schedule your first appointment within our membership models
